R: Yes. After we get informed about your project, we will be suitable to give you every information you may need concerning tax obligations, Social security obligations, Work Law, and so on. We will back you up in every step.

R: Yes. We can carry out a small economical feasibility study, to help you take away your doubts.

R: Yes. An employee will go to your office, or some other place of your choice, for that task or any other reason. This service is free, no additional costs will be charged to you.

R: Your company data is really important to us and to you, so the software we have chosen to use is very reliable. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, our system has a backup hard drive where every information is stored. If the main drive gets damaged, the backup drive will start up so we can keep on working. A safety backup is made daily, one for every day of the week and another one for the monthly backup. It is to say, we always have the last 5 working days as well as the last 3 month backups in different disks. These backups take place during the night and are checked up in the morning.

R: No. We adapt all our working methods to fit to your needs. We may advise you in certain subjects in order to improve work, but you do not need to change your structure or methods. We adapt to every client and organization.

R: Yes. That is actually one our available services. Once we’re done with a survey to determine what is necessary, we will hand you a proposal. If we have a positive answer from you, we’ll immediately put our plan into action.

R: The time we’ll need depends on the extent of it. However, we are very efficient in its execution. The question is how often you will grant us the documentation. We can work on that daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even quarterly.

R: Of course we can. That is our job. You can and you should dedicate your time to your company. We will deal with the Social security, Tax Administration, Work Inspection, and other public entities, with no additional costs for you.

R: You decide how often you wish to have that information. For some quarterly is enough, others need it monthly. It depends on what you need.

R: Of course. If you’re still not our client, we’ll analyse your case and advise you. If you already are our client, then you have nothing to worry about, since we already made that for you.

R: No. Usually we don’t do that. Our contract with you is our dedication and the quality we try to achieve in every service provided. We believe that’s what keeps our clients with us.

R: As you can imagine, the cost of our services depends on the amount of work and the relation you wish to have with us. Due to their nature, some companies need a closest relation, and other doesn’t. In any case, after having studied your company we’d be please to present you a proposal, without any obligation.

R: We’d be pleased to introduce you someone to compare your current insurance with other that could be obtained. You will certainly have good news. Normally you get to reduce costs with the insurance company.

R: In fact, we can lead you to a bank and introduce you to people who can help you in everything you may need for your company.

R: Yes. Through analytical accountancy we can provide you that information. In fact, we usually advise our clients to do so.

R: Yes. We can send you financial statements in Portuguese and English.

R: Yes. After being properly filed, we’ll return you your documents as often as you please, as long as it does not surpass one year. That is to say, we can return them to you weekly, monthly or annually.

R: No. You don’t and you shouldn’t worry about that, since that is our job. We’ll have control of dates, legal time limits, payments, official declarations and tax payments. We’ll inform you beforehand the amounts to pay, by phone, fax, email, CTT, etc., we’ll collect those amounts and make the respective payments.

R: That is one of the various services we provide. If you wish so, we’ll recall you every year to hand us the documents, do a simulation, fill the forms up and hand it over. Subsequently, we’ll return your documents, along with the simulation and IRS declaration. We’d also be pleased to give every explanation about the whole process.
